Member States shall require that credit agreements and any modifications of such agreements are drawn up on paper or another durable medium and that all the contracting parties are provided with a copy of the credit agreement.

Article 20 2.

Member States may introduce or maintain national rules regarding the validity of the conclusion of credit agreements which are in conformity with Union law.
