Член 3 Критерии за скрап от чугун и стомана

Скрапът от чугун и стомана престават да бъде отпадък, когато при прехвърляне от производителя на друг притежател са изпълнени всички условия по-долу:

1. Преглед

Наименование	Регулация
Article 3 (a)	the waste used as input for the recovery operation complies with the criteria set out in Section 2 of Annex I;
Article 3 (b)	the waste used as input for the recovery operation has been treated in accordance with the criteria set out in Section 3 of Annex I;
Article 3 (c)	the iron and steel scrap resulting from the recovery operation complies with the criteria set out in Section 1 of Annex I;
Article 3 (d)	the producer has satisfied the requirements set out in Articles 5 and 6.
