Член 10 ЕЦБ и НКО като членове на колегия от надзорни органи

Ако консолидиращият надзорен орган не е в участваща държава членка, ЕЦБ и НКО участват в колегията от надзорни органи в съответствие със следните правила и със съответното право на Съюза:

Article 10 (a)

if the supervised entities in participating Member States are all significant supervised entities, the ECB shall participate in the college of supervisors as a member, while the NCAs shall be entitled to participate in the same college as observers;
Article 10 (b)

if the supervised entities in participating Member States are all less significant supervised entities, the NCAs shall participate in the college of supervisors as members;
Article 10 (c)

if the supervised entities in participating Member States are both less significant supervised entities and significant supervised entities, the ECB and the NCAs shall participate in the college of supervisors as members. The NCAs of the participating Member States where the significant supervised entities are established shall be entitled to participate in the college of supervisors as observers.
