Competent authorities should determine the type and number of these sources on a risk ‐ sensitive basis. Competent authorities should ensure that they have access to appropriate sources of information and take steps, where necessary, to improve these. Competent authorities should also ensure that they have implemented processes and procedures for collecting the necessary data.
