In the supervisory plan, competent authorities should clearly set out the supervisory tools that they will apply to subjects of assessment to achieve their objectives in line with their strategy. Competent authorities should use risk assessments of individual subjects of assessment to fine-tune their choice of supervisory tools for a specific subject of assessment targeting risks specific to that subject of assessment.
