Status těchto obecných pokynů

Tyto obecné pokyny se vydávají v souladu s článkem 16 nařízení (EU) č. 1093/2010 o zřízení Evropského orgánu dohledu (Evropského orgánu pro bankovnictví), nařízení (EU) č. 1094/2010

  • o zřízení Evropského orgánu dohledu (Evropského orgánu pro pojišťovnictví a zaměstnanecké penzijní pojištění) a nařízení (EU) č. 1095/2010 o zřízení Evropského orgánu dohledu (Evropského orgánu pro cenné papíry a trhy) (dále jen „nařízení o evropských orgánech dohledu“)1

Evropské orgány dohledu vydávají tyto obecné pokyny na základě čl. 32 odst. 7 nařízení (EU) 2022/2554 (dále jen „nařízení DORA“)2 , podle něhož evropské orgány dohledu vydají pokyny pro spolupráci mezi evropskými orgány dohledu a příslušnými orgány týkající se:

  • • podrobných postupů a podmínek pro rozdělování a výkon úkolů mezi příslušnými orgány a evropskými orgány dohledu a
  • • podrobností o výměně informací, jež příslušné orgány potřebují k zajištění dodržování doporučení určených poskytovatelům služeb IKT z řad třetích stran, kteří poskytují služby finančním subjektům a kteří byli určeni jakožto kritičtí.
