Article 19 1.

Community fishing vessels fishing for squid (Martialia hyadesi) in FAO statistical subarea 48.3 shall transmit to the CCAMLR, by 25 September each year, the fine-scale catch and effort data for that fishery, with a copy to the Commission. The data shall include the number of seabirds and marine mammals caught and released or killed.

Detailed rules for the application of this Article shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 37(2).
