Article 13 8.
For each occurrence or group of occurrences monitored in accordance with paragraph 4 or 5, each Member State and the Agency shall have access to the analysis made and shall appropriately monitor action taken by the organisations for which it is respectively responsible. If a Member State or the Agency concludes that the implementation and the effectiveness of the reported action is inappropriate to address actual or potential safety deficiencies, it shall ensure that additional appropriate action is taken and implemented by the relevant organisation.
