Artikel 41

A central repository for reporting and statistics (CRRS) is established for the purpose of supporting the objectives of the SIS, Eurodac and ECRIS-TCN, in accordance with the respective legal instruments governing those systems, and to provide cross-system statistical data and analytical reporting for policy, operational and data quality purposes. The CRRS shall also support the objectives of Regulation (EU) 2025/13 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *1 ).

eu-LISA opretter, gennemfører og hoster CRSS på sine tekniske anlæg, indeholdende de data og statistikker, der er omhandlet i artikel 74 i forordning (EU) 2018/1862 og artikel 32 i forordning (EU) 2019/816, logisk adskilt efter EU-informationssystem. eu-LISA indsamler også de data og statistikker fra routeren, der er omhandlet i artikel 39, stk. 1, i forordning (EU) 2025/13. Der gives adgang til CRRS via en kontrolleret og sikret adgang og specifikke brugerprofiler, udelukkende med henblik på indberetning og statistik, til de myndigheder, der er omhandlet i artikel 74 i forordning (EU) 2018/1862, artikel 32 i forordning (EU) 2019/816 og artikel 13, stk. 1, i forordning (EU) 2025/13.
