Article 104 Delegated actsArticle 104 Delegated acts The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 105 concerning:
(a)
adapting the reference to Recommendation 2003/361/EC in point (36) of Article 4 of this Directive where that Recommendation is amended;
(b)
