Article 325n 1.
Institutions shall apply the credit spread risk factors referred to in paragraph 3 to securitisation positions that are included in the ACTP, as referred to in Article 325(6), (7) and (8), Institutions shall apply the credit spread risk factors referred to in paragraph 5 to securitisation positions that are not included in the ACTP, as referred to in Article 325(6), (7) and (8).
