Competent authorities should periodically assess the comprehensiveness, accuracy and quality of the loss data. Another source of information should be the institution’s records of all ICT-related incidents and significant cyber threats (as per Article 17(2) of DORA) and the identified sources of ICT risk (as per Article 8(2) of DORA).
