Article 84 3a.
Where the competent authorities of the UCITS home Member State exercise powers pursuant to paragraph 2, point (b), they shall notify the competent authorities of the UCITS host Member State, the competent authorities of the management company’s home Member State, ESMA and, if there are potential risks to the stability and integrity of the financial system, the ESRB thereof.
