External services refer exclusively to services that are functionally required for the provision of the cloud service itself. In this context, external cloud services refer to services provided by third-party cloud providers that are integrated into the delivery of the primary cloud service but are operated and maintained by separate providers. It is acceptable that this is only made available to the customer if he has agreed to keep the information confidential and not publicly disclose it.
