Article 27 5.
By 29 June 2024, the Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 50 to supplement this Regulation by specifying the identifying reference data to be used with regard to OTC derivatives for the purposes of the transparency requirements laid down in Article 8a(2) and Articles 10 and 21. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 50 to supplement this Regulation by specifying the identifying reference data to be used with regard to OTC derivatives for the purposes of Article 26.
