Article 45h 7.
The joint decision referred to in paragraph 1 and any decisions taken by the resolution authorities referred to in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 in the absence of a joint decision shall be binding on the resolution authorities concerned. The joint decision and any decisions taken in the absence of a joint decision shall be reviewed and where relevant updated on a regular basis.
