Article 25a 4.

In respect of emissions released until 31 December 2026 from flights to or from States that are listed in the implementing act adopted pursuant to paragraph 3 of this Article, aircraft operators shall not be required to surrender allowances in accordance with Article 12(3) in respect of those emissions.
