Article 30m 2.
Member States shall ensure the visibility of funding from EU ETS auctioning revenues referred to in Article 10d corresponding to what is referred to in paragraph 1, first subparagraph, points (a) and (b), of this Article, including through a requirement to mention the Modernisation Fund.
