Article 8 2.

The Community vessels referred to in paragraph 1 shall be exempt from conservation measures relating to mesh size regulations, prohibition of types of gear, closed areas, fishing seasons and size limits, and reporting system requirements other than those provided for in Article 9(6), and Article 16(1).
