Article 14a 3.
The level of detail of the EMS shall be consistent with the nature, scale and complexity of the installation, and the range of environmental impacts it could have. Where elements required to be included in the EMS, including objectives, performance indicators or measures, have already been developed in accordance with other relevant Union legislation and comply with this Article, a reference in the EMS to the relevant documents shall be sufficient.
