Article 13a 7.

Officials of, and persons authorised or appointed by, the national regulatory authority of the Member State where the on-site inspection is to be conducted shall, upon the request of the Agency, actively assist the officials of, and persons authorised or appointed by, the Agency. To that end they shall have the powers set out in this Article. Officials of the national regulatory authority may also attend the on-site inspection upon request.
