Article 10 2.

Without prejudice to Union rules on consumer protection, in particular Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 6 ) and Council Directive 93/13/EEC ( 7 ), Member States shall ensure that final customers have the rights provided for in paragraphs 3 to 12 of this Article.
