Article 15 7.
ACER shall submit opinions providing a harmonised format for the publication of technical information on access to hydrogen transmission networks and publish a monitoring report on congestion at interconnection points pursuant to the guidelines laid down in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2024/1789.
