Article 9 1.
A European Production Order or a European Preservation Order shall be transmitted to the addressee as defined in Article 7, through an EPOC or through an EPOC-PR. The issuing authority or, where applicable, the validating authority shall complete the EPOC set out in Annex I or the EPOC-PR set out in Annex II, shall sign it and shall certify that its content is accurate and correct.
