Article 4 1.
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 72 to supplement this Regulation by setting ecodesign requirements. Those delegated acts shall include at least the elements listed in Article 8. Such ecodesign requirements shall be set in accordance with Articles 5, 6 and 7 and Chapter III.
