Paragraph 2 If the parties accept the conciliation arrangement, a report giving the terms thereof shall be drawn up and signed by the Chairman of the arbitration board, the Registrar and the parties. A copy, signed by the Chairman of the board and the Registrar, shall be given to the parties. The Chairman of the arbitration board shall satisfy himself that the settlement is carried out by the parties. If the parties fail to carry out their obligations within the time limits provided for in the conciliation report, the arbitration board shall make its award.
