Roles for business continuity management SHOULD be appropriately defined for the circumstances of the organisation in question. This SHOULD be documented in writing together with the tasks, obligations, and competencies of the roles. Qualified employees SHOULD be appointed to all the roles involved in the organisation's business continuity management.
