Άρθρο 80 Δικαίωμα πρόσβασης του υποκειμένου των δεδομένων
Το υποκείμενο των δεδομένων έχει το δικαίωμα να λαμβάνει από υπεύθυνο επεξεργασίας επιβεβαίωση για το κατά πόσον τα επιχειρησιακά δεδομένα προσωπικού χαρακτήρα που το αφορούν υπόκεινται ή όχι σε επεξεργασία και, εάν συμβαίνει τούτο, να αποκτά πρόσβαση στα επιχειρησιακά δεδομένα προσωπικού χαρακτήρα και στις ακόλουθες πληροφορίες που αφορούν:

communication of the operational personal data undergoing processing and of any available information as to their origin.
