Article 22 1.The Commission shall, in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 23(2), adopt the following:
(a)
provisions necessary for the harmonisation and regular transmission of the information referred to in Article 7(5) and Article 12(6);
(b)
technical guidelines for the establishment of the financial guarantee in accordance with the requirements of Article 14(2);
(c)
