Article 7 2.

Where an air carrier becomes aware that the data that it stores under this Regulation are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer up to date, it shall immediately correct, complete or update those data. This is without prejudice to the possibility for air carriers to retain and use the data where necessary for the normal course of their business in compliance with the applicable law.
