As regards the RMF’s role in identifying, measuring, monitoring, mitigating and reporting risk and associated risk concentrations to be approved by the management body, competent authorities should make sure that policies and procedures are in place and that the RMF will have access to all business lines and other units which have the potential to generate risks.
