These Guidelines are also addressed to issuers of ARTs as defined in Article 3(1), point 10 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, of ARTs as defined in Article 3(1), point 6 of that Regulation. Where the issuer of ARTs is a credit institution, it should comply with Title I, Title V Sections 12, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3 and Title VI and Title VII in conjunction with the requirements set out under Directive 2013/36/EU and the EBA guidelines on internal governance⁶ .
