4.3 Summary of the key elements of the recovery plan

Issuers should include in their recovery plan a summary of the key elements of the recovery plan as laid down in letters (b), (c), and (d) of paragraph 15.

In the summary of the key elements of the recovery plan, issuers should also list and highlight the main changes to the previous version of the recovery plan submitted to the competent authority.
