Should the requested information not be forthcoming, as part of actions to be taken in accord-ance with Articles 17 and 21 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1113, CASPs or ICASPs should consider sending a reminder to the prior CASP or ICASP in the transfer chain and advise the prior CASP or ICASP in the transfer chain of the actions they may take should the CASP or ICASP fail to provide the required information before the set deadline.
