Communication channels

Competent authorities and the coordinator should consider the use of the full range of communication channels (including college meetings, official letters, emails, phone/video calls/conferences, and website platforms) and should agree which communication channels should be used for gathering and disseminating information regarding the financial conglomerate. All confidential and sensitive information should be shared via a secured communication channel. In particular, competent authorities should make use of secure web-based communication platforms where available.
