The competent authorities of the UCITS host Member State or the competent authorities of the management company’s home Member State may request the competent authorities of the UCITS home Member State to exercise powers pursuant to paragraph 2, point (b), specifying the reasons for the request and informing ESMA and, if there are potential risks to the stability and integrity of the financial system, the ESRB thereof.
