If the cloud service customer is given access to interfaces for administrators and for end users as part of the cloud service, the cloud service provider separates these interfaces from one another and ensures that access paths for customer administrators differ from those for end users.
The separation should be designed and implemented such that customer administrators can access the cloud service even when the end user interfaces are unavailable.
