SOV-6-03-C

The cloud service provider MUST ensure that authorised personnel have access to the software development tools and environments necessary to maintain and update the cloud services. The cloud service provider MUST also maintain documented contingency procedures for scenarios in which access to critical software development tools or development environment dependencies is disrupted, ensuring the continued ability to maintain and update the cloud services.
