Article 31 Registration of merger

Article 31 1.
|
A merger and the simultaneous formation of an SCE shall take effect on the date on which the SCE is registered in accordance with Article 11(1).
|

Article 31 2.
|
The SCE may not be registered until all the formalities provided for in Articles 29 and 30 have been completed.
