Credit institutions that in accordance with their statutes of incorporation are unable for reasons of religious observance to hold interest-bearing assets may include corporate debt securities as level 2B liquid assets in accordance with all of the conditions specified in Article 12(1)(b), including points (ii) and (iii), of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/61.
