Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

(1)  Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the Statute for a European company (SE) (OJ L 294, 10.11.2001, p. 1).
