Article 14 9.

In order to finance the costs of the service provided by the Agency, the issuing of a label at the request of an aircraft operator shall be subject to the payment of a charge. The revenues generated from such charges shall constitute other revenues within the meaning of Article 120(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and shall be treated as assigned revenues to be allocated by the Agency to cover those costs. Article 126(2) and (3) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 shall apply. The amount of the charge shall be defined pursuant to Article 126(4) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139.
