Article 8 1.
The collection and processing of personal data in accordance with this Regulation and Regulation (EU) 2025/12 by air carriers and competent authorities shall not result in discrimination against persons on the grounds listed in Article 21 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (the ‘Charter’).
