Article 120 Definition of administrative penalties

For the purposes of this Part, ‘administrative penalties’ means either of the following:

Article 120 (b)

fines and periodic penalty payments provided for in Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 2532/98 and imposed under Article 18(7) of the SSM Regulation.
