The name of an SE shall be preceded or followed by the abbreviation SE.
|

Only SEs may include the abbreviation SE in their name.

Nevertheless, companies, firms and other legal entities registered in a Member State before the date of entry into force of this Regulation in the names of which the abbreviation SE appears shall not be required to alter their names.
