Article 8 7.The final survey shall be conducted prior to the ship being taken out of service and before the recycling of the ship has started. That survey shall verify that:
(a)
the inventory of hazardous materials complies with the requirements of Article 5;
(b)
the ship recycling plan properly reflects the information contained in the inventory of hazardous materials and complies with the requirements of Article 7;
(c)
the ship recycling facility where the ship is to be recycled is included in the European List. 1. Resumen
