Article 86h 5.Member States shall ensure that the approval of the cross-border conversion by the general meeting cannot be challenged solely on the following grounds:
(a)
the cash compensation referred to in point (i) of Article 86d has been inadequately set; or
(b)
the information given with regard to the cash compensation referred to in point (a) did not comply with the legal requirements. 1. Resumen
