Article 14 3.The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 17 with a view to amending the following elements in Annex V:
(a)
the reporting procedure set out therein, to take into account experience gained from the application of this Regulation and to adapt the reporting procedure to technical progress;
(b)
point 3.2, by adding any data entries that have been added to the central register. 1. Resumen
