Article 14 3.Labels issued pursuant to this Article shall certify the level of environmental performance of a flight on the basis of the information referred to in the second subparagraph of this paragraph. The level of environmental performance of a flight shall be determined on the basis of the average environmental performance of the flights carried out by a given aircraft operator on a specific route for the previous corresponding scheduling period within the meaning of Article 2, point (d), of Regulation (EEC) No 95/93. Labels issued pursuant to this Article shall consist of the following information:
(a)
the expected carbon footprint per passenger, expressed in metrics such as in kilograms of CO2 per passenger, for the period of validity of the label;
(b)
the expected CO2 efficiency per kilometre, expressed in metrics such as in grams of CO2 per passenger per kilometre, for the period of validity of the label. 1. Resumen
