Article 36 Amendment to Directive (EU) 2019/1937	Article 36 Amendment to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 In Part I, Section E, point 2, of the Annex to Directive (EU) 2019/1937, the following point is added: ‘(vi) Regulation (EU) 2024/573 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 February 2024 on fluorinated greenhouse gases, amending Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and repealing Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 (OJ L, 2024/573, 20.2.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/573/oj).’.
Article 37 Repeal and transitional provisions
Article 38 Entry into force and application	Article 38 Entry into force and application This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Article 12 and Article 17(5) shall apply from 1 January 2025. Article 20(2), Article 20(3) and Article 23(5) shall apply from 3 March 2025 for release for free circulation referred to in Article 201 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 and for all other import procedures and for export.
